How we work
When it comes to planning an IT project, there are some essentials to get right. We like to use a method we developed called DPIS when planning a new IT project with a business. DPIS means Discuss, Propose, Install, and Support. This way, you’ll get a clear idea of the cost, timescales involved, interruptions, and the ongoing support you’re going to get.
We’ll discuss the project face to face, by telephone, or via a video conference call – whichever suits you. Once we’ve got the information we need, we’ll put together a killer proposal that will include the specifications of the project, the hardware needed, and an estimation of the cost and timescale. Once you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll come to install everything as set out in the proposal.
